AI Agents & Assistants
Tools here act on your behalf instead of only answering a question: automation agents that drive a browser or a desktop, orchestrators that run multi-step workflows, and the assistant layer sitting on top of them. This is the largest bucket on the site (50 entries), and a majority of those entries are open-source repositories, so each page states the licence, how actively the project is maintained, and whether the hosted or managed version costs anything on top of the free code. Every entry carries the same three facts we hold ourselves to: a price range taken from the vendor's own pricing page, the date that price was last checked, and a plain statement of how the page was researched — a hands-on test with a public log, or an official-terms check with no hands-on claim. Where a repository charges nothing but the infrastructure around it does (model provider rates, cloud hosting, paid tiers), the page says so rather than labelling the whole thing "free". Every entry below also appears as one row in the price snapshot table above the grid — price wording, evidence level and check date together, in the same newest-first order — and every row links to the full entry with its pricing table, licence notes and verdict.
Price snapshot
Every entry in this category as one row, in the same newest-first order as the cards below. The price column is the opening line of what we captured from the vendor’s own page — hover or focus a cell for the complete wording, which is never rewritten — and the last column is the day that price was checked.
